Frequently asked questions

What files can I upload?

STL, OBJ or 3MF files up to 50 MB. Most 3D design programs and model sites can export at least one of these. STL and OBJ files should be in millimetres; 3MF files say which units they use, so any unit is fine.

How big can my print be?

Up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm. The quote tells you straight away if your model is too big.

How is the price worked out?

From how much material your part uses, the material, the quality and the quantity, plus a £2.00 setup fee and £3.99 UK delivery per order. The minimum order is £6.00 before delivery. More detail.

Which material should I choose?

PLA suits most models and decorations. PETG and ABS are tougher for parts that get used. Resin gives the finest detail for miniatures and jewellery. Compare materials.

What is infill?

How solid the inside of the part is. The outside walls are always solid; more infill makes a part stronger and heavier, and costs more. Resin prints are always solid.

Can I order more than one?

Yes, up to 100 of the same model per order. The setup fee is charged once, so larger quantities cost less each.

How do I pay?

By card on Stripe's secure payment page. We never see or store your card details.

What happens after I order?

We check your model before printing and email you when printing starts and when your order is on its way. If we can't print your model, we'll tell you and refund you.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses in the UK for £3.99 per order.

Is my model kept private?

Yes. Your file is stored privately and only used to make your order. We never share or sell it. See our privacy policy.

What if my print arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us with a photo and we'll put it right. See our refunds policy.
